The brief to paste
Replace every bracket. The agents use nothing you do not put here.
Prepare launch content for [feature]: a product page section, a customer email and three social posts. Audience: [who]. Facts the agents may use: [paste the fact sheet, one fact per line with its source]. Do not claim: [list]. Tone: plain, specific, no hype.
Steps
- 1Create the workspace from the template
Workbench → New workspace → Start from “Launch content pipeline”. Keep the four agents as they are for the first run.
- 2Paste a fact sheet into the brief
The Researcher only uses what the brief establishes. Put every fact on its own line with where it comes from; anything missing becomes an open question instead of an invented claim.
- 3Run on the brief
The run goes Researcher → Brief writer → Copywriter → Reviewer. The Reviewer may send the draft back once on its own before you see it.
- 4Decide at the approval point
Read the Reviewer’s decision and the line-level notes. Approve to finish, or return with a note that names the lines to fix; the run stops and can be retried from that step.
- 5Export the log
Export the run log as a text file. It records every input, output, return and your decision, which is what a colleague needs to check the copy later.
Where a person decides
Before the copy is final: the Reviewer’s decision arrives with the draft and the fact list; you approve or return.
Before you trust the output
- Every claim in the draft appears in the fact list with a source.
- Open questions are still marked as open in the copy, not resolved by the Copywriter.
- The three social posts do not add a claim the page section does not make.
What this does not do: The system does not verify the fact sheet itself, check usage rights or publish anything.
