1. Define the agents
Each agent has a name, a role, instructions, the inputs it receives and the output it must produce. Up to twelve per workspace, depending on the plan.
NORLA ORCHESTRATOR
Norla Orchestrator is online, non-downloadable software for implementing multi-agent systems: you define several intelligent agents, the handoffs between them and the points where a person must approve, then run the system on a brief, in the browser. Nothing to install. Access for the length of your plan.
HOW IT WORKS
Every piece of the system is written down and visible, so an operator can tell what happened and why.
Each agent has a name, a role, instructions, the inputs it receives and the output it must produce. Up to twelve per workspace, depending on the plan.
Between agents, a contract says what the next one can rely on. A reviewing agent can send work back to the agent before it, up to a limit you set; mark a handoff as needing approval and the run waits for a person.
Give the system a task. Agents run in order, each reading the previous output or everything so far. The model is Auto: Norla routes each step to the connected provider. The log shows every input, output, return and decision.
At an approval point the operator reads the output and approves it, or returns it with a note. Returned runs stop; nothing slips through.
START FROM A TEMPLATE
Included with every plan. More templates, by Norla and independent developers, are in Extensions: bought once, installed into any workspace. The Academy’s playbooks walk through each one step by step.
Research → brief → draft → review. Four agents, one human approval before anything is published.
Score creative, propose the test plan, have a buyer approve spend before anything runs.
Segment, write, fact-check. The claim check gates every email before it reaches the operator.
PLANS
Orchestrator is used in the browser for the term of your plan. It is never downloaded and nothing runs on your machine.
Every feature on a sandbox engine, once per account.
One operator building a first system or two.
One operator running several systems in production.
A team's worth of systems on one account.
Service region: every plan is offered to customers in the United States. Not available in the European Union or Asia-Pacific.
Several operators on shared workspaces, approval roles, SSO and audit export are arranged per company.Contact us about an enterprise account
Each plan is one month (31 days) of access from its payment and does not renew by itself; buy another month, or a larger plan, whenever you need it. When more than one plan is current, the larger one's limits apply. Access ends when the term expires or is not renewed. Workspaces and run history stay on your account for 90 days after expiry. See the Terms of Service, section 10.
QUESTIONS
No. Orchestrator runs on Norla’s servers and is used in your browser. No application, plug-in or file is delivered to your computer; the software stays on our side and you are granted access to it for the term of your plan.
Access is tied to a plan term: a 14-day trial, or 31 days from each Plus, Pro or Max payment. Nothing renews by itself. When the term ends you can still read your workspaces and runs for 90 days, but you cannot edit or run them until a new term starts.
A workspace with two or more agents that interact: each agent receives the output of the one before it, under a written handoff contract, and the run can pause for a person to approve or return a step. One agent on its own is allowed, but the point of the tool is the interaction between several.
The model is shown as Auto. Norla routes every step to the model provider connected to the site, so you never pick or configure a model per agent. Until a provider is connected, runs use the sandbox engine, which produces structured placeholder output so you can prove the shape of a system first; the run log records which engine ran each step.
Each agent reads the previous agent's output, or everything produced so far. A reviewing agent can send work back to the agent before it with a note, up to the limit set on the handoff, and that agent revises and resubmits. At the points you mark for approval, a person decides instead. Every exchange is in the run log.
In the United States. It is not offered in the European Union or Asia-Pacific. The service region is stated on each plan, at checkout and on your order and receipt; extensions and courses state the same region on their pages.
You do. Workspaces, briefs and run logs are stored on your account; you can export any run log as a text file. Norla owns the software itself and nothing in the plan transfers it.
