1. Who we are and what this covers

Norla (“we”, “us”) operates norla.io: Norla Orchestrator (online software for multi-agent systems), an extensions store, a course library, an operator network and discussion rooms for marketing teams and the builders who serve them. These terms apply to every visitor and every registered member.

By creating an account, placing an order or posting in the community you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you sell on Norla, the Seller Agreement also applies.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to register. Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself and tell us straight away if you think your account has been used without permission.

One person, one account. You are responsible for everything done through your account, including orders placed and messages sent.

3. Buying in Extensions and the Academy

Prices are shown in US dollars. An order is placed when you confirm it at checkout and is accepted when payment is recorded. Your receipt and the order's delivery status are always available under Orders on your account.

Extensions, resources and courses are delivered on this website as soon as payment is recorded: an extension (an agent template by Norla or by a developer studio) becomes installable in your Norla Orchestrator workbench, a resource opens for download on your account, and a course unlocks its lessons. Services listed by member studios are delivered by the studio. Nothing ships unless a listing says so.

Extensions run only inside Norla Orchestrator and can be installed and run only while an Orchestrator plan is active on your account (section 10). Buying an extension is a one-time purchase and does not include a plan; the extension stays on your account and can be installed again when a plan is active.

Every listing states its scope, inputs, deliverables and any platform requirements. Read it before you order: an item that needs a plan or an integration you do not have is not faulty.

Service region. Every plan, extension, resource and course is offered in the United States. Norla services are not offered in the European Union or Asia-Pacific. The service region is shown on each item's page, at checkout, on your order and on your receipt; by ordering you confirm that you use the service from the United States.

  • Extensions: installed on one account; no resale or redistribution of the agent configuration, prompts or outputs as a product.
  • Courses: one place per order, for one person, non-transferable.
  • Orchestrator plans: 31 days of access per payment, no automatic renewal (section 10).

4. Cancellations, refunds and problems with an order

You can cancel an unpaid order at any time. Once payment is recorded, a system or course is delivered immediately and cannot be returned unless it is defective or materially different from the listing.

If a system does not work as its listing describes, contact the seller through Rooms first. If you cannot reach an agreement within 14 days, contact us and we will review the order history, the listing and your messages. Where a refund is due it is returned to the original payment method.

We may cancel and refund any order that we believe is fraudulent, was placed by mistake or cannot be fulfilled.

5. Forum, rooms and your content

You keep the rights to what you post. You give Norla a non-exclusive licence to display it on the website so that the community can read it and members can receive your messages.

Do not post anything you do not have the right to share, anything unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory or harassing, spam, or other people's personal details. Public rooms and forum discussions are visible to every visitor; direct messages are visible only to the two members in the conversation and to us where the law or a safety concern requires it.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Norla's content

The website, its design, editorial guides, course material and the Norla name and logo belong to Norla or its licensors. You may use them for your own reference and learning; you may not copy, sell or republish them.

7. Liability

We provide the website with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for the quality of items or services sold by member shops, for delays caused by carriers, or for losses you could not reasonably have expected when you placed the order.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Changes and ending the agreement

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the website at least 14 days before they take effect; orders already placed keep the terms that applied when they were placed.

You can close your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or that have been inactive for more than three years, after notice by email.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the company operating norla.io is established, and any dispute is handled by the courts there, without affecting mandatory consumer protection where you live.

Questions about these terms: legal@norla.io.

10. Norla Orchestrator (software services)

Norla Orchestrator is online, non-downloadable software for implementing multi-agent systems: it lets you define several intelligent agents, the handoffs between them and the points where a person must approve, and run that system on a brief. It is provided as a service that you access in your browser for the term of your plan (a trial period or a paid subscription month). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software during that term. No copy of the software is downloaded, installed or delivered to you, and nothing in these terms transfers ownership of it.

A subscription grants access for 31 days from each payment and is not renewed automatically; access ends when the term expires unless a new payment is recorded. Plans (Plus, Pro and Max) differ in the number of workspaces, agents per workspace, runs per month and the period for which run history is shown, as stated on the plans page at the time of purchase; when more than one plan is current on an account, the limits of the highest plan apply. Trial access is available once per account. After expiry you can view but not run or edit your workspaces, and we keep them for 90 days so a renewed plan picks up where you left off.

The sandbox engine produces structured placeholder output and does not call a language model; where a model provider is connected, outputs are generated by that provider from the instructions and briefs you supply. You are responsible for the briefs, instructions and facts you enter, for reviewing every output before it is used, and for any approval decisions recorded in the run log. Do not enter credentials, payment card numbers or data you are not permitted to process.
