The brief to paste
Replace every bracket. The agents use nothing you do not put here.
Brand: [name]. Competitors: [two]. Period: [dates]. Previous period summary: [paste last week’s theme table or “none”]. Exported threads: [paste the export: one mention per line with source, date and text].
Steps
- 1Export the mentions yourself
The Collector only reads what you paste. Export from your listening or social tool and keep source and date on every line; the agents cannot fetch anything.
- 2Run and read the theme table
At most six themes, each with counts, a sentiment split and two quotes. A theme without quotes is a sign the export was thin.
- 3Approve the table before the note
The Reporter waits for your approval of the theme table. Return it once with a note if a theme lacks evidence.
- 4Keep the note and the table
Next week, paste this week’s theme table as the previous period so the movement column is real.
Where a person decides
Between the theme table and the note: you approve the evidence before anything is written up.
Before you trust the output
- Every quote in the note exists in the mention table.
- Sentiment on sarcastic or mixed threads has been read by a person, not trusted.
- Movement claims compare to a previous table you supplied.
What this does not do: The system does not connect to any social platform, collect mentions or post replies.
