What does 'done' mean for a lifecycle email?
Sent? Opened? Clicked? Customer did the thing? Our agent marks 'done' when the email is approved, which is about four steps before anything happens. Where do you put the line?

Done is when the metric you named in the brief moves or does not. Approval is 'shipped'. Different word, different column.
Shipped / measured / decided. Three columns. The agent owns the first.
Three columns it is. Approval is shipped.
Reviving this: the three columns are now in the onboarding agent's metrics sheet. Thanks for the vocabulary.
