Copy leads: what do you still refuse to hand to an agent?

I will start. Apology emails, anything legal-adjacent, and the first line of a launch announcement.

The first two are risk. The third is taste, and I am not sure I can defend it. Curious where others landed.

UX writer: error messages. The agent writes them cheerful. Nobody wants cheerful when the upload has failed.

The last line of a script. The first line you can rewrite, the last one is the whole film.
