Show: our weekly report now cites the table for every number

Three months after the confident-wrong report. Every number in the weekly now has a footnote with the table and the date range. The agent refuses to write a number it cannot cite. Report is two pages longer and nobody has complained, which tells you something about who was reading the numbers before.
