What are you shadow-running right now?
Following up on the earlier thread about shadow runs: what is in shadow mode on your side this month, and what would it take to switch it on?
Win-back flow for a new segment. Two weeks of drafts reviewed, zero unsupported claims so far. One more week and it sends.
Caption agent for the second language. It is good; the reviewer who can check it is on leave. Switching on is a staffing decision, not a model decision.
Experiment summary agent. It writes the decision record draft; a human still signs. Not switching that one on, ever, and that is fine.
