Creative ops

How do you explain to a client what the agent did NOT do?

Client review tomorrow. The creative scoring agent ranked assets; a human chose the test; a human wrote the final copy. The client will assume the agent did everything or nothing. How do you present the split without a lecture?

One slide, three columns: agent ranked, we chose, we wrote. Put the run log export in the appendix and never open it unless asked.

Say it in the past tense as a process, not as a defence. 'The scoring agent ranked twelve assets; we tested four; we wrote the winner.'

Used the three-column slide. Client asked one question: can they see the ranking next time. Yes.
