Our scoring agent ranks a static ad low on hook clarity. The buyer says it is the best performer in the account. The rubric is calibrated on forty examples. Do we trust the rubric, the buyer, or run it anyway and let the platform decide?
Run it. The rubric predicts, the platform decides. But log the disagreement: if the agent is wrong about winners three times in a row, the calibration set is missing a pattern.

The score should gate what gets made in volume, not what gets tested. Testing is cheap. Producing forty variants of a loser is not.
