Slow summer weeks: share one thing you fixed this month
August is quiet for a lot of you, which makes it a good month to fix the small thing that has annoyed you since spring. Reply with one fix, however small.

Finally wrote up the subject line split by segment. Existing customers like numbers, prospects do not care. Four months late, but written.
Our render queue notes now say which version of the edit they refer to. Sounds obvious. Saves an argument a week.
Turned off the agent's positive keyword proposals. The negatives stay. Fewer wrong suggestions, same savings.
Finally fixed the checkout event from the June thread. The agent's weekly report now has numbers I believe.
Digest email now asks one question at the end instead of three. Replies went up, not down.
Archived 140 draft posts the calendar agent had suggested and nobody used. The list is readable again.
Replaced my four-paragraph review brief with the three-line one from April. Nothing got worse.
New here, video editor. I renamed every export preset so the agent stops picking the wrong aspect ratio. Very boring, very effective.
Approval reminders now go out at 9 am instead of whenever the agent felt like it. People approve things at 9 am, apparently.
Told the storyboard agent 'no sunrises'. It opened with a sunset.
Newsletter editor, new. Fixed: the fact-check agent now lists what it could not verify instead of staying quiet about it.
