I made a mistake with a studio listing and want to warn others

Listed the photography direction session with 'remote' in the format line and 'in person optional' in the description. A buyer read the description, expected me in Madrid, and I was in Lisbon. We sorted it in messages and I refunded the travel difference out of my own pocket. Lesson: the format line and the description must say the same thing, and the format line wins because that is what people read.

For the record: a seller may change the format line and description any time from the studio dashboard, and the receipt shows the format line at the time of purchase. Worth checking old listings after the thread.

Checked mine. Two listings said 'async' in one place and 'call' in another. Fixed.
